Had a pretty uncomfortable experience today. I don’t want to call anyone out. Whatever you’re going thru, I hope your day gets better.
It’s impossible to navigate a cart through the isles. The employees ALWAYS have isles blocked and never want to move anything to allow customers through. When I ask to buy crickets the female that has been working always rolls her eyes and acts like it’s an inconvenience... it’s her job. I will be going 15 min further away to Petart to start spending money weekly on pet supplies where I can actually push my cart through and the employees seem to like their job.

Me and my dad went there on Friday got a bunch of Goldfish and fish food! The staff is always so friendly and polite they take real good care of the animals and keep the place well cleaned the people that gave bad reviews I don't know what they are talking about me and my dad never had a problem there and always walk out happy and satisfied
The past 2 times I have went to Petco in North East, I have been amazed with their customer service. People are so quick to share their bad experiences but it’s rare that we share our good experiences too. The last time I went in, they were sold out of the large bags of dog food so the clerk gave me 2 smaller bags at the same price. Today, I went in trying to compare two different formulas of the same brand in hopes to better control my dog’s allergies. My husband went into The store tonight with our Storm and was immediately met with an attitude. He was in need of help from a customer service rep, as we just adopted our dog and had lots of questions about harnesses and leashes for a large breed dog. The girl, Jen, refused to help other than to point to the general direction of the aisle and acted as if my husband was cutting into her time. I would never ever, ever recommend Petco for any kind of services, from the Grooming Salon to shopping in this store in general. Rude MANAGERS/EMPLOYEES with no interest in well being of pets.
