Staff are wonderful. They took good care of my chiweenie, Fletcher he’s very shy and anxious, but had a nice spa day. Will definitely return.
Michael helped me two weeks in a row. Both times he went above and beyond what I would ever expect from a retail chain pet store. He was knowledgeable and kind. He offered recommendations and answered my questions. He walked me around each section pointing out different products and giving me his opinions based on his aquariums at home. He even wrote down a few websites he likes where I could research more. I will go to this location for my aquarium needs just to get help from Michael.
