I had the BEST SERVICE EVERRRRR at Petco last week. The person who helped me was Mike Dietterick. He not only helped me exchange a crate for my rescue dog who went crazy in the crate I bought before. Mike helped me put a smaller crate together right there in the store so I could let my dog sit in it. He worked with me for 20 minutes to help ensure my dog was comfortable in the crate even when I walked away for a few minutes. Then he processed the exchange, took the crate and put it in my car for me. It was a great experience... read more
