I would give zero stars if I could. A manager, whose name I have yet to confirm, decided to sell me a vital care subscription under the guise that I would be saving money. It turned out to be quite shady and deceitful. She neglected to mention that it was a 12-month commitment and instead lied and said that I could cancel at any time. She also didn't mention that I was going to be double charged because they would, halfway through the subscription, change the plan that was agreed upon to something more expensive WITHOUT CONS... read more
