I am Dr. Angel Baez. This morning, as I regularly do, I went to have my pet, Benjie, groomed. I must mention that after 4 hours, I arrived at the establishment to check on the status of my dog's grooming and found that he had experienced some anxiety and had defecated on the floor. It's obvious that he's an animal, and this can be common when surrounded by other dogs. No longer a good store. Staff are increasingly rude, self-impressed, obstructive. Social distancing is ignored here, with staff pushing past customers, also providing wrong information, literally making up info instead of checking for example ingredients. Use any other store when you have a choice.
