I have been a Petco grooming customer for over 7 years. I made an appointment for my 2 dogs for grooming on NYD, drove over 35 minutes to get here & was turned away for being 9 minutes late. Supposedly this is a "policy" that I was not told about. Had I known, I woulda turned around & went back home instead of wasting time & gas! It's a shame, it really is. To lose a customer who is a great tipper over 9 minutes. I passed petsmart on my way over here which is 5 minutes from my house due to loyalty.... Pfft... Look what it... read more
The worst! Grooming is horrible. My poodle had the worst grooming . The manager is rude. The betta water is 4 dollars plus taxes and in Walmart the s 1 dollar. I don’t recommend this place at all. It’s 1 cashier ONLY.
