great! This is a great store, everyone is very helpful and kind. they are always very patient with me when I have returns, as well. It is awesome to have such a great petshop so close to home, and they do a great job grooming my little pooch, too. The only thing I am sad about is that they do not carry raw dog food. I have to go up to Boulder to get it.
Stay Away! Stay away!!! Rude SCR's, supervisor. Very unhelpful, whenever you ask them for help you are an inconvenience to them. Plus they make you feel like you know nothing what you are talking. Useless supervisor, she has no interest in resolving your problem but to get you to leave. I have heard about their poor service before, but I now I have experienced myself.
Love it! I love the store that is my local pet store. I love the dog food assortments they have for every one that has any dog! They also have great clothes for your little dog!
manager was rude to customer leaving him no choice but to leave store without being able to make his purchase.
Mel, the self-proclaimed manager at Golden needs to go. Her customer service skills are utter trash and she will continue to lose customers for that store, and all Petco stores!
RecommendedMy bullies first time being groomed today. Heather was amazing! He loved every second of it and he looked amazing when I picked him up. All the staff members were friendly and really loved their jobs. I will be back!

Brought my Labradoodle Meatloaf in here to have a shave down and either the clippers broke or they forgot to do his paws as he now looks like he's wearing two pairs of Uggs. Come on, Eileen.
