Incredibly rude to customers, and their fish are in piss poor conditions, I end up having to get refunds for about 60% of the fish I buy. There’s a male that is fat with long hair that plays on his cellphone at the front, doesn’t give two craps about anything.
RecommendedPetco is an awesome company! They really care about the animals in our community! They bring so much to our shelter with donations, that we could not do it without them! The staff is so friendly and helpful, especially the manager, Susan! I love them!
Charlie is the best Trainer in the world!! Lil Joe absolutely loves her. Very patient and informative I highly Recommend her to anyone looking to have the dog go through training!!
Today is the 3rd time we’ve traveled to this store. It takes us 30 minutes to get there. We get here and are told they don’t have any specialty pads but they will tomorrow but before we come we need to call to make sure they do have them. Then we go to get a harness for our dog and had to have someone paged to help us, needless to say we went back home empty handed because we couldn’t get any help as usual. This store might as well close because it’s useless.
Everyone is so friendly and helpful with information when buying our Blue Quaker.

Amazing staff you can tell they're very knowledgeable about the animals.
Idiot said human pregnancy test would work on my dog. Went on PetCo's Facebook page to ask about it and they directed me to their PetCoach site. PetCoach said NO. People in the Gadsden store are not well trained for the job. Don't ask them any questions. You'll get stupid and unreliable answers. I have proof if anyone wants to know.
