my bearded dragon was doing just fine until PetSmart ran out of crickets and I had no choice but to go to Petco. idk what it was but my beardie didn't even want to eat the crickets from Petco and now days later he's dead 😔 we gave him other food to eat instead but I'm pretty sure the crickets from Petco just wasn't right
We love the groomers as they love our baby so much, but unfortunately the service has been poor lately. We always schedule our grooming appointment a month in advance and the last 3 months they’ve rescheduled the week of up to less than 24 hours before. Horrible stay away!! Appointments are worthless, staff doesn’t do there job when scheduling!!!
In January I bought two guinea pigs, they were “both girls so said petco” so here we are on March 7, 2019 with 3 babies. That I have basically no where to put I called them and they have nothing to say but you can’t get a refund after 30 days. I call that poor service. 😡

I was in the store several weeks ago and I couldn't get waited on. A blond lady kept going in and out of I guess the office. I had a question about a parakeet and I finally stopped her but she couldn't answer my question. She was either not educated on birds or was overly distracted by something. Needs a course on customer service for sure~ Going to Petsmart. And, what's with an employee of Petco walking around the store in a hoodie?
