Everything under one roof If you need it for your pet, you will find it at Pet Co. The only thing I don't like about Pet Co (and every other pet store) is the smell. But I guess that's what to expect from a pet store. The people here are nice and the selection and prices are competitive.
Employee Disinterest = Customer Dissatisfaction The employees here seemed disinterested in helping customers. Usually in pet stores there are clean-up stations and supplies for the occasional doggie mishaps. Recently, I had my dog with me on a stop at the store. When I went looking for something to clean up a small puddle, there was nothing. I went up to the front of the store to the check-out and asked the clerk if there were paper towels or anything. She said "No, there's nothing up here. Maybe there's some paper towels in... read more
For the pets we love taking trips with our dog to Petco. He views it as a special treat. His only fear is when we drag him to the back of the store for a nail trim or bath. They have good prices on their grooming too.
Not too bad I've been to this Petco quite a few times and they seem to have pretty good prices and alot of selection. The hermit crabs they have are not kept in ideal conditions though. The temperature and humidity are too low. They have a fairly nice selection though, and the prices aren't too bad. The sales people seem to know what they're doing, and I didn't have to wait forever for someone to help me. All in all, it's a pretty good place for pets and supplies.
