Staff is very friendly and eager to please. Great location and the adoption there is awesome. I've noticed it also brings in a lot of business when people adopt. They immediately stock up on food litter beds toys and always come back to the helpful staff.
The groomer Michelle is very unprofessional and rude with customers. Refused to groom my dog and not a hint of kindness. I would not recommend.

The gentleman there up front and and the pet area was very helpful and i'm going over the different cat foods for my picky cat and the purchase of collars for them
