James did an excellent job grooming my maltipoo. He met the timeline he set upfront and showed great attention to detail. As he was bringing Bella to meet me, he noticed an errant hair and took the time to grab his shears and snip it. I feel sometimes people have negative perceptions about Petco groomers; however, James is excellent, and it seems several other groomers at this location are standouts as well.
Clean store
I live in southington but my business is in east hampton so this store has become a pit stop on the way home. I have been to many petco locations but this one! THIS ONE IS THE BEST! The store is spotless. It smells clean. The staff is incredibly friendly always. As silly as it sounds I tell people about this location being the beacon of the Petco brand. Keep up the great work!
