Great staff Very friendly & warm smiles. Every time I shop at Petco the staff always thanks me for doing business with them.
It's rare to come into a post store and have zero lack of response from any employees. No "Hi, welcome to Petco." No offer to help find something. No interest on me or my four dogs (3 Shelties and Mini Aussie). I might as well have been invisible for any interest Petco took in me. I visited at 4:30 on a Friday. There weren't many customers. The employees on duty were standing around near the checkout counter but showed no interest in communicating or engaging with my dogs. I left without buying anything.
