My experience at Petco was good, except for the fact that I couldn’t find anyone to help me. I found all the staff up at the front of the store and had to ask for help. The girl who helped me was very nice.
A few months ago I left a 10 word google review disparaging the competency of the animal manager. I then went to bed under the assumption they would not only be relieved of their position, but also brought in front of a Petco tribunal to answer for their crimes against Petco as a direct and immediate result of my one sentence Google review. It has recently been brought to my attention that they are no longer working in that particular capacity, which is good news.
