This Store Petco at Olive Branch Ms was horrible. I took my dog to this grooming place. The groomer Kelly Rooker was a terrible unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. She should not be employed in any customer service position at any company. I scheduled an appt for 12pm by phone and arrived at 11:40am that morning. I was never told to bring updated shot records and honestly thought they could call and get the updates. When I got there she stated I needed to go home to get the records.
