The Petco rewards program is terrible because rewards expire very quickly. This makes it almost useless.

My puppy and I attended six training sessions with Will. He's very knowledgeable and personable and I highly recommend Will.
What a nightmare the manager was i went in to store to shop a 400 $ order and a item was out so it was 7:05 and I guess they closed at 7 pm and the manager said she wouldn't wait for me to pay. Got into a argument and then she says have a nice day after she made me feel horrible. Had no idea they closed at 7pm until she told me I had to leave without finishing my order. I was treated like crap and hopefully unless an emergency will never shop there again. Who needs the abuse.
