Very disappointed today. I used to love getting my dog groomed here. However apparently they have had multiple people quit so they are booked out by over a month. So I called in this morning to see if they would take my dog for just a quick nail clipping and they said sure, come in anytime. So I brought my dog tonight after work, but when I got there, grooming was CLOSED and had been all day. They are awesome!! They were all very helpful in getting a harness on our bearded dragon.
I love all the bird cat and dog foor products it will be nice if u guys can send me some coupons
I usually have good experiences here this time it was horrible!!! After being a petco rewards member for so many years all Of a sudden my info is nowhere to be found. They have not once apologized for the mishap or tried to sign me up again. Lazy, non customer service oriented all around! I will not be returning and will take my business elsewhere.
