The staff is great and they usually have everything I need. My dogs like the groomers as well.
I first met Krystin E. when I stopped by Petco a few months ago. She immediately came over to greet my rough collie, Cooper, and spent several minutes petting him and talking with me. Her genuine love for dogs was obvious. When she mentioned that she was one of the groomers, I decided to make an appointment—and I’m so glad I did! Cooper’s coat had never looked more beautiful. Petco grooming used to be great, but they are going through some very difficult times. A very limited availability, increased prices a ton, Groomers are not trained,and cancel at the last minute.
A woman employee named Sky helped us today and she was so amazing and positive and we appreciated her customer service. She got us in and out of the store in a timely manner and she was very courteous and kind. We will be back. Thank you Sky, I hope you see this!
