We've been coming here for over a year. The service is mediocre at best. I keep making excuses to keep using them because it's convenient and cheap. There have been many times when they've messed up my dogs hair badly. But finding another groomer is a hassle I didn't want to deal with. Disappointed in Petco I travel frequently with my dog and have always relied on Petco for quick, convenient nail trims—especially since they advertise and recommend walk-ins for this service. Unfortunately, this location didn’t live up to that promise. When I arrived, they told me they couldn’t take my dog at all and offered an appointment… four days later! Seriously? Chris at the front desk is super awesome and friendly! Made me feel very welcome and I was only checking out items. Also Kay the groomer is great with animals, I would trust her 100%. Thank you guys for making my day.
