My dog injured herself at this store during a Vetco event. The staff immediately took charge of the situation, took both of us to the nearby Vet Hospital that they use, and even paid for all the bills! They were outstandingly kind and caring! From the manager on down they were awesome! My dog is absolutely fine now...Words cannot express my gratitude. It has always been a great place to shop, but now it has gone to an even higher level - they are the best! THANK YOU!
The grooming services are terrible! Walk ins get treated while your dog with appointment sits in a kennel for hours!
They say they cut to your dogs breed haha nope they buz any dog. The Management sucks they promise you a call back and never do. They would rather hang up the phone when you try to talk to them than actually assist you. If I could leave negative stars I would. NEVER USE THEM!!

My husband went to take an item back for me to Petco, I paid with my debit card. I told him they should give cash back as it is a debit card. When he went to return the item the refused to give him cash back and made him take store credit. We had our receipt so there should be no reason to get store credit. They also spoke to him rudely why doing the return. If you buy anything from any major retail store with debit and do a return they will give you cash.
