Do not do your puppy training here! We had three in-store sessions with Sam (Samara) in Reno, NV South Virginia location and every session was basically the same. Each session she had a new puppy that would start and would take a big chunk of class time registering the new puppy and going over what to expect from the class, the basic "rules" of training, how the classes work, her personal dog stories, etc. Each class felt like the first initial class where not a lot happened.
