Went in today to buy food for my cockatoo and always have to check out the birds, I unfortunately was met with a cockateil who did not seem well, had poo all over the feathers- no perches in the enclosure, seemed very lathergic and overall not well.. when I was checking out i spoke with the cashier who was very friendly and shared my concerns for the bird and expressed that the bird had been like that for a while now and they were all pretty concerned. The fish look terrible, and they're dying. The overwhelming scent of dead crickets drove me to leave very quickly. In my experience, the manager is rude and uncaring. I've been here multiple times and have only had one or two good experiences. Brynn and one other gentleman from the aquatic section were the only two people who really knew what they were doing.
the birds look sick, and there were alot of dead fish in the tanks.
