This lack of follow up is malpractice. A veterinarian can’t just walk away in the middle of treatment and tell you to take your pet to another clinic. They have an obligation to their patients, they can’t just prescribe things and then hide when we call asking what to do bc the med they prescribed doesn’t seem to work. This particular petco has the most rude staff, whether it’s on the phone or in person they don’t offer any sort of friendly service. After my first dissatisfied visit, I tried again a month later and got the same type of unfriendly service. I will not be using petco on dodge, I’ll go out of my way to drive further to the fine excellent staff on L Market.
I got my baby Savannah monitor and the expert who's name was Daniel helped every step of the way and even after gave us the perfect one for our family and life highly recommend thank you so much to Petco and thank you to the expert Daniel Hess is alive and doing amazing
I know this is a long shot, but this dog, Rico, went missing a couple weeks ago in the Aksarben area. Everyone is searching for him. He ran off when someone lit off fireworks & has not been seen since. NHS doesn’t have. Human has posters throughout neighborhoods & has also pasted out flyers. Someone must have take dog. He is chipped. Plz keep eye out for him. His name is Rico. Can’t post pic, but is listed on lost pets of Omaha. Just in case someone brings for grooming. Is long-haired black Chihuahua
The staff is always super friendly. I can also always find what I'm looking for. Excited to see when the renovations are done.
Bought a goldfish Sunday to bring home & add to our aquarium with our other two goldfish. Two days later I come home from work to find the new fish dead, and the other two lifeless covered in some film. We had the first two for months with no problems...my kids are heartbroken
I wish I could remember her name, but she's the super cute fish lady who has the piercing on her cheek bone, but this woman needs a raise. She is so smart and knows SO much about fish, and genuinely cares about them. I've had a few issues here and there with my betta fish's health and I've had so many questions, and she has answered EVERY question I've had, and makes sure I really know how to take care of my betta.
