They are more interested in their phones and talking to each other then the customer. I have been in twice to buy a pet and I couldn't get anyone's attention. After 30 minutes I left. When you do ask a question they answer with what they think is the right answer. Bought a rabbit and was told it was a male. Several baby bunnies later and a vet appointment confirmed everything.
