I was at Dover Petco had no idea that they closed at 6pm truely was getting reptile bugs and rats for my daughter’s pets . Esentially c had what I needed but frozen rats which were kept in back room and needed to be obtained by staff . A staff member by the name Madison approached me and told me that the store was closed and I needed to bring my purchases to the front She turned and walked away I apologized and asked for the rats . The Petco in Dover NH is one of the best Petco's and I've been to a few. The staff is friendly and informative . They have a variety of products and supplies. And the small pets and birds are fun to look at. Well kept and healthy. The fish department is amazing, the tanks are crystal clear and colorful, full of activity from an assortment of colorful fish.
