They refused to trim my dogs nails because she has lymphoma even though I was directly in front of them showing them that her own collar wasn’t hurting her neck lymph nodes. All dogs sick or not still need grooming.

RecommendedI had a great experience contrary to all other reviews left on this page . I went to pick out a tarantula - they had FOUR varieties, which was pretty amazing and surprising, and the man that helped me, Seth, was amazing . Knowledgeable , friendly with people and critters alike and very helpful. We will be getting our next tarantula there for sure
Customer service sucks at this store! I understand when its busy but on the 4th of July and theres maybe 6 customers and all 3 employees hanging out in front just chit chatting away and having a great time while Im walking in circles waiting for assistance for 15mins and they're all still hanging by the front door?
