I love shopping at Petco but the mobile app needs work! Not user friendly, deals and coupons are hard to find and access after receiving emails about discounts and rewards. Thankfully the employees at the Butte, MT store are amazing and helpful when checking out.
Dog food, in and out, but was asked twice if I needed assistance really appreciate the customer service
I would give more stars but my last 2 experiences there haven't been great. The female staff member was so rude because she wanted to start closing the store down . They closed in 15 minutes mind you we had been there awhile . So she refused to sell my daughter a fish, she acted like we inconvenienced her and and just wanted us to leave she didn't care about no sales.
