Visited the petcheck clinic today and the staff & the vet were extremely patient and caring. My lab is beyond skiddish when it comes to going to the vet but they were so wonderful with him. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for treating him so kindly.
I haven't been inside the clinic, however, I called them twice today to get an intestinal parasites prevention for my brother's foster dog. First time I called and explained that I saw tapeworms in his poop. I was starting the process of deworming him, but he would need a prevention that covers tapeworms. Since Trifexis doesn't cover tapeworms. I was told that he would need to come in for a heartworm and fecal testing since they only gave my brother one dose of Trifexis. I had an amazing experience at Pet Check Animal Clinic! From start to finish, the entire team took such great care of my dog during his dental cleaning. Rosa and Desire did a fantastic job with the cleaning. I also really appreciate Rachel and Megan at the front desk for being so kind, organized, and helpful throughout the whole process.
