Great hospital
I am so upset with this vetenerian. On one of the visits, and to be honest when I called them it had already close, but when my pet got home I noticed she was bleeding from one ear due a staff member cleaning my pets ear. Since then my pet doesn't hear well from that ear. How incompetent is her staff? On another ocasión one of the staff was holding her so tight I started crying because my pet is very skinny with arthritis and her staff didn't realize it until she saw me crying. I'm a loyal customer who travels frequently to have my pets treated by the vet because of her professionalism and love for animals. I've never had a problem before, but this last time I had a very unpleasant experience with the staff who serve the clients. Many of them are not friendly and lack genuine care for the public. It's understandable that not everyone wakes up in a good mood every day, but they should learn to separate one thing from the other.
Súper atentos, muy eficientes, me encantó el orden para recibir los animalitos, esperas en el carro y toman tu turno, si solo vas a comprar algo te pasan pero cirugías y servicios más largos van al turno, muy económicos y buen trato, en otros lugares la castración de gato pasaba de los$80-$120 aquí $60
