It’s gone downhill, unfortunately. My dogs have been going here since they were 2-3 years old, now they’re 13 and 15. Now it’s all about selling selling selling and then they treat you rudely when you say no to everything. Staff including the front desk ladies to the vet techs are very rude. And you don’t even get to see the actual vet… the messenger are the rude vet techs trained to sell you more tests that your dogs probably don’t need. I was one of the first 10 people in line. i still was here a total of 3 hours. Expect at least a 2 hour wait for anything serious. i was only 9th in line and that took at least an hour for them to tell me i needed to see the doctor. they took another hour and only 1 person was in front of me they said. i think people in the room were not getting seen as soon as they get in the room. it’s only 3 rooms. once i got in here i waited another hour it seems.

I went here looking for a walk in dog dental cleaning. The front desk staff told me they no longer provide this service since 2024. I am not sure if the service is still offered for existing patients or not. Would’ve been nice to know since I called the listed phone number multiple times before driving across town 30 minutes. The Petcare express website, automated phone service, and many reviews list dental cleaning and walk in available. They should update this & their phone number so people don’t waste their time

So nice and trustworthy. Such a wonderful place to help people that cannot afford petcare. There is a wait but not that bad. Animal lovers will appreciate them so much.
