Unbelievable inexperience, unprofessionalism, and incredibly poorly trained staff. Attempted to bring in a dog with whelping complications and the staff had no experience had no surgeons and said it’s not possible for the breed to have “issues”. Didn’t even have surgeons overnight either, why be 24/7? CAUTION: DON’T BRING YOUR DOG HERE THEY DO NOT HAVE SURGEONS ON STAFF AND CANNOT HANDLE ANIMAL EMERGENCIES OVERNIGHT. THEY TURNED MY DOG AWAY WHO ALMOST DIED BECAUSE THEY DIDN’T THINK SHE WAS HAVING AN EMERGENCY.
