Outstanding customer service. The doctor is professional, precise and comforting. I had two pets in that week and I wasn’t financially gutted. My furry kids have recovered with no issues. Thank you!!!
I had a great experience and I love the new location. It has much better parking than the old one. Also the staff was very friendly and helpful. I had them do my first dog dental cleaning and I was very impressed with the outcome.
Had a good experience getting our dog treated for a bite wound. We couldn't get in to our regular vet or the one they sent us to (where we waited for two hours before they let us know we were getting bumped for emergency cases).PCC was able to squeeze us in. The tech (Iris) was very kind and helpful. The doc gave our boy the treatment he needed and he is so far healing up nicely. Would be 5 stars except for a long wait after our call to pick up. That's not a big deal, would recommend.
Extremely busy but staff is accomodating and helpful.
