If it was possible to give this place a zero star I would. The first 10 minutes were okay, the tech asked us some questions and we talked about what we wanted to do. We were there for a check-up on my six year old 80 lbs rescue dob/shep mix. While he very sweet he is very strong, and cautious of strangers...which I told them prior to the appointment. The worst! Worst Customer Service Ever! Dog Exam was a max of 10 Mins( if that). Just terrible. Will never recommend this place to anyone~! Not throrough exam, did not offer feedback. Did not even have any knowledge of herbal medicine that my dog was taking from his regular vet. Will NEVER return.
