Terrible grooming experience, they left my dog in a cage for almost four hours before calling me and telling me they couldn’t groom her because she was too much hard work (Has anxiety). In fact, they referred to my dog as a pest. I took her to Petstock Warragul and they groomed her without a problem within 1 hour and said she was completely fine.
Excellent staff that genuinely go the extra mile (or k's in this case, to the Pakenham store & back to gul) to ensure I had the exact product I wanted for my kitten, in time for Christmas. These people love their animals & it shows. They are knowledgeable on products stocked, they understand what pet parents are needing & wanting. I've never been in & not been greeted with a bright happy smiles & they even remember who(what) I'm shopping for! That attention to detail is rarely seen these days.
