we absolutely adore coming in here. every single employee goes over the top for us and out of their way to ensure top customer service. as the owner of a bigger dog, the care and patience we receive to ensure our boy is happy is fantastic. 10/10.

I found the staff to be very helpful and friendly The lady who looks after the fish in particular was great. Well done to the manager.

Things have gone down hill of late. When the store first opened. The staff were very friendly and would ask if you needed a hand. Now you can be in the store for 20 mins and nobody asks you if you need anything. You have to find a staff member to help you and most of the time they are standing there talking. It’s very disappointing as I do a lot of shopping there and I have spent a lot of money.

Stopped by for a quick top up on snacks and a toy for my dogs. The staff were very friendly and lovely to chat to. The store was well stocked and it was easy to find what I needed. My dogs Milo and Jellybean had a blast picking out snacks and toys and having a sniff around.
