As Club members we were expecting to receive a Welcome Bag for our puppy but at the counter I was told they don't do it anymore. Eventho it says so in the puppy Guide I received. Very disappointing. On a different note, the lady who assisted me was very knowledgeable. We are thinking about sticking to Petstock from now on.
Always helpful and friendly staff.
