Your award program is terrible — honestly the worst I’ve experienced. I’ve lost all my points because no one in the store bothered to tell me I was only a few points away from earning a voucher. When I finally did qualify, the email you sent went straight to spam. And then, if I don’t use the points within one month, I lose them anyway? Things are already tough in Australia, and this kind of treatment from a company is really disappointing. You need to get your act together.
