Great local shop; intend to keep visiting but please cancel your online messages. Number given to do this is "suspected spam"!!!!!
staffs are very friendly, helpful and patient. Love them.
Best experience ever at a Petbarn store. You have a superstar in Jack - his customer service was amazing and he solved my problem in a heartbeat and provided me with education as to how to stop it happening again! Here I was thinking I was going to have to replace my filter motor and he fixed it for me! I won't hesitate to be back!
Shannon and Sam went out of their way to assist me today. Both were very kind, easy to chat with (could have had an afternoon chinwag for ages) and approachable. Definitely the kind of customer service I appreciate and will go out of my way to return to a store that is not near by.
