Very disappointed with customer service today. The young man who served me had no helpful advice, and no product knowledge. I shop here regularly and have always been extremely happy with the staff. Wondering if this is lack of training?

Bathed the dog, dog wash very clean, spacious and enclosed cubicles with a seat. Waterfowl great and nice temperature.
Groomer at Petbarn was very knowledgeable
