I was really disappointed with the way one of the older brunette staff members interacted with us. I asked a simple, innocent question and her response was unnecessarily rude and aggressive. She was throwing her arms around so much while responding that she actually knocked something off a shelf. I also didn’t like the way she spoke to the other staff members. Overall, it was a really unpleasant interaction and experience and not at all the level of customer service I would expect.

Petbarn is great/ excellent membership pricing, orders ready in no time, very helpful and friendly staff and so convenient. Parking excellent and really love the option to donate at checkout to the foundation and charities that benefit from every donation made. Other brands offer equally brilliant range and great service too but pricing at Petbarn definitely the best and that makes a big difference on a regular purchase basis.
