The staff appear to have little product knowledge (I was told to contact my sister who has recommended the Halti to check if a collar was required as well as the product itself as the employee didn’t know nor did she seem interested to find out for me), and I was also told to do some online research on how to put the product on my dog, despite bringing him in-store, again, as she didn’t know. Furious. Husband arrives at 5.15 pm to get dog food as completely run out. Doors locked, knocks on the door as website says closes at 7pm!!!! When husband said your hours say 7pm the staff member shrugged and said OH WELL!!!! Never going there again and spend a fortune.
