Petbarn has a huge range of pet supplies and animal health products, with an impressive selection for all kinds of pets. I originally went in to purchase “Rose-Hip Vital for Dogs” for my older Labrador X, and I’ve genuinely noticed such a positive difference since he started taking it. I was honestly blown away by the variety of products available in store. The range, quality, and helpful options make it a great place for pet owners looking for both everyday essentials and specialised health products.

My go to pet store. The staff are always friendly and helpful every time. Great selection of products. I think this is the best pet store in Melbourne by far.
One of the worst store where staff behaves rude to their customers . The old lady over the counter is the worst staff member to serve the store and behaves in an awful manner. Would never suggest this store to anyone. The petbarn should train their staff well for how to behave to the customers. I wish I could give negative rating to this store’s staff.
