My go to pet store. The staff are always friendly and helpful every time. Great selection of products. I think this is the best pet store in Melbourne by far.
One of the worst store where staff behaves rude to their customers . The old lady over the counter is the worst staff member to serve the store and behaves in an awful manner. Would never suggest this store to anyone. The petbarn should train their staff well for how to behave to the customers. I wish I could give negative rating to this store’s staff.
I was so lucky to be served by Lila at the Mornington petbarn store. I was worried about putting puppy on a plane. The care to get me the correct product to reduce any anxiety gave me so much faith. The knowledge and advice by Lilas colleague was fantastic. Thankyou Lila
