Staff are so friendly and welcoming and clearly love dogs! Pick up and drop off was seamless and easy. They treated my senior with such care, and he’s much more comfy now that his nails are done and he’s clean. He’s shedding so much less now. Thanks ladies!!
16th Dec 2025 Unfortunately, this was a very uncomfortable and disappointing experience. The staff were unfriendly, inattentive, and unwelcoming, despite several staff members being gathered behind the counter when we entered the salon. On arrival, I felt like we were interrupting something. It was awkward, and when we were finally acknowledged, my dog was taken from me abruptly, without any attempt to introduce themselves to her or take steps to make her feel more comfortable. Groomers here are wonderful, they take such good care of our 11 year old rescue girl. They are so considerate of her fears and concerns. Highly recommended them for anyone who has anxious dogs that need grooming.
