Nice hello when i walked in store, although I didn't get asked if I needed a help with anything I can say that once I was served she was very friendly and had good customer service. The store was extremely clean and well stocked, clearly labelled products and lots to choose from. Will definitely be coming back to this store.
My wife and I went in today Sunday May 10th around 10.45am with our two border collies. Ready to purchase some new toys and bedding for the boys. Two young female staff members could be heard talking to one another near the dog beds as we looked at some kong toys. They started to walk around the store together talking. They looked at us and the dogs. No smile no hello...nothing. We moved aisles and again they looked at us. No hello can I help you....they then proceeded to walk to the back of the store talking.
