I am extremely disappointed with the way my family was treated at this Petbarn store today. We came in to buy our daughters their first fish tank, which was supposed to be a really exciting experience for them. We spent around $350 on the tank and other items. One of the staff members, who I believe was named Erin, was absolutely lovely. She was friendly, helpful and provided excellent customer service. One of your staff members that works with you and at living jungle at Ramsgate was saying to me and my partner how bad your fish are. She doesn't know how to catch fish. She uses her hands instead of the net. She shouldn't be working with petbarn. I didn't get her name.
Nice staff, great Manager. Large selection of cat toys, food and treats. As.well as loads of stuff for other typrs of pets including bitds and fish. Wheelchait accessible with onsite parking as wrll as street parking
I visited today to purchase my first fish tank and received amazing customer service. The staff member Micheal the assistant manager who helped me was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explain everything I needed for my setup, and made me feel confident about getting started. As a beginner, I really appreciated how helpful and welcoming he was. Thank you for making the experience so enjoyable! I can’t wait to go find my new pet fish
