Fantastic staff , couldn't be more helpful
Would not recommend Joondalup Petbarn. I normally shop at the Midland store, but since we were in the area for soccer, we decided to stop by Joondalup. A staff member initially approached me and offered help, which I appreciated. They then said they’d direct me to someone with more knowledge . However, when I went to the counter, three team members were standing around chatting.
