Great workers, helpful and nice
Staff in the shop itself are lovely, however the woman in the grooming station has an appalling attitude and was incredibly rude. I’ve been getting my dog groomed at pet barn since she was a puppy, in Melbourne, cairns now Perth. I was charged for 4 x 15 minute surcharges at $60 on top of an $85 grooming fee - $145, absolutely criminal. When I questioned this with her she was incredibly rude, arrogant and dismissive. Her attitude is even worse than her pricing. Read the other reviews, this is a pattern. Never again.
