I regularly visit PetBarn Joondalup to wash my dog as I find it such good value for money! I’ve been really disappointed however, the past few visits as there has been no tick and flea rinse and no sign to alert users. Today I bathed my dog and there was no conditioner or flea rinse. The other bath also did not have a door on it. I have told workers a few times but the issue hasn’t seemed to be fixed, nor do the workers really care or offer compensation.
