Keep delivering parcels to my house instead of the house it's supposed to go to...... rang them up to tell them to, they told me they don't care and I can throw them a bit in the bin as far as they are care. Strange response from the store manager of Eleanora who doesn't care about her company losing profits or her customers not receiving their parcels. I don't work for them but I am going to make sure I get her name up here on public and I will update this review.
Depends on the day but pretty blasai about customer service considering the money we're forking out for our kids😻

This Petbarn unfortunately needs a complete renovation! The layout needs a revamp! The store is feeling stale, especially the area with the fish tanks! It's very unappealing & a big let down with tanks mostly empty & the other tanks needing to be cleaned! There's a main tank holding just goldfish in the centre that hasn't had the filter cleaned in,,, l don't know how long!
