Walked in to purchase something, waited patiently for customer to finished being served, meanwhile someone walked in an saw I was waiting and rudely took over while the shop assistant just ignored me, instead of serving me as I had been waiting 5 minutes. Very bad customer service.
Very happy with lovely lady who looked after my dog Buddy. Professional and easygoing. I am extremely pleased with the great job, she definitely knows how to do grooming. I will be going there with my boy again. I am so pleased thank you.
