Unfortunately my experiences with the staff haven’t always been the most welcoming. I’ve visited the store several times and have found the customer service a little disappointing, as the staff haven’t seemed particularly approachable or willing to help when asked. Given that it’s a place where people bring their beloved pets, I was hoping for a warmer and friendlier atmosphere.
Always friendly helpful and offer greag bargains
We were after a particular brand of dog food, we’d called other stores. Crows nest had the stock, they were so friendly and professional on the phone and in store the service was outstanding.
Today I had the pleasure of talking to Beth on the phone who advised me then I called into the store & this lady had the parcel waiting for me. Beth you provided the ultimate customer.service which was lovely & thank you.
Amazing customer service
