Great service from the team. Greated with a smile and asked what I need continuously
Arrived there after 7pm having finished work late. After walking around Kmart not finding what I needed I googled and saw Petbarn was open till 8pm. It was Tuesday 3rd March. I was looking for a cat carrier and I found 1 I thought was broken. The Attendants were so helpful, googling to see how it should be put together and if it was broken. No it wasnt! They showed me how to assemble it properly. Really nice to see people who care about your needs. I didnt get their names, but thanks for your concern and care.
Good service and they try their best to help customers, especially the young man George at the caringbah branch; he is polite, helpful, and friendly.
