Went in today as we got a new kitten and had run out of wet food- there was no issue with them price matching something that was 50% cheaper elsewhere, no issue refunding something I didn't need and the lady recognised we got a new kitten so we walked away with a gift bag. It was really great service
Huge thank you to Milan at Petbarn Caringbah for such outstanding service tonight. I popped in at around 7:45pm, just before closing at 8pm, to grab food for my puppy, and despite the late hour, Milan went completely above and beyond. He was incredibly knowledgeable, took the time to share thoughtful advice from his own experience as a pet owner, and genuinely cared about helping me make the right choice. I went to Petbarn to buy Dan cat litter, but the free litter that was supposed to be included was already out of stock. Unfortunately, no alternative or compensation was offered. What disappointed me the most was not the stock issue, but the attitude of the customer service representative. The way they spoke to me was rude and unprofessional. The store manager also failed to provide any solution or show willingness to help. Customer service should be handled much better, especially when there is an issue caused by the store ... read more
