Friendly staff, great range and regular discount.
Some of the staff query what I am buying and why. They tell me that I should not my dog should not be on this food long-term. I now have to carry something from the vet with me to guarantee that I will be able to purchase what I need. As far as I am aware, the staff are not vets, nor even vet nurses, and have no right to question or tell me that I am wrong in buying what I do.
