Stood at the fishtanks for a couple of minutes in front of three and four staff members on the registers about 10 metres away - made eye contact with them a couple of times with no offer to assist. They seemed busy talking about product packaging amongst themselves. They seemed surprised when another customer approached them for assistance, and weren't in a rush to offer. Finally received help from a young female staff member after about 10 minutes of waiting.
