Consistently good service, huge range of products at mostly unbeatable prices (only Swaggle is cheaper, but that's closing down). Lots of parking. A Green Cross vet attached to it. Dog grooming service, and pet (cat) adoption as well (when there are cats there). Make sure to ask them if they can price-match to online prices. I don't think all petbarn stores do this by default. Some do, some don't.
Turned up at 1040 to see if I could get my dog’s nails clipped- the belligerent answer? “They’re at lunch, come back after 1”- wish I had a job with lunch breaks that long.
This was my first time visiting the Box Hill Petbarn grooming branch and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience. I normally take my dog to the Narre Warren branch, where the staff are always professional and do a great job grooming him. However, this time the Narre Warren branch was fully booked and I couldn’t find an available spot, so I decided to try the Box Hill branch.
