Handy location, terrible parking and access! Especially when all the factory outlets nearby have plentiful parking.

Yesterday, we visited the store and felt quite overwhelmed trying to decide which products were best for our pets. Thankfully, Michael stepped in and guided us with his excellent knowledge about what suits our pets’ breed and specific needs. He provided thoughtful recommendations on additional products and took the time to ensure we felt confident in our choices. His customer service was outstanding, and he truly went above and beyond to look after us. Thank you, Michael!
We popped into Petbarn Alexandria to pick up dog food and supplies for our newly adopted kitten, and we had such a great experience. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and served straight away, which made everything so easy. Michael was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He gave us lots of great advice and information about caring for our new kitten, and really took the time to make sure we felt confident and prepared.
