I had a great experience with the team at Petbarn Alexandria. I accidentally placed two separate orders for my dog’s food instead of one. Rather than simply processing both orders, the manager and a very friendly team member, Pep, took the time to call me and check whether I’d made a mistake. The store manager here is such a great human. They were so helpful and friendly - even helped me with my car when it needed water!
Warning to pet owners: Please carefully check your dog after grooming appointments!! Also I don’t suggest any petbarn grooming anymore. We used Petbarn Grooming for over 6-7 years. After our last visit at Alexandria we noticed our dog was limping. At first it seemed minor but it got worse over the next few days and we had to take him to the vet, do X-rays, and spend a lot of money on consultations and medication.
