I purchased a 2020 toyota corolla with the help of my sales person Carly, she was so understanding and really took her time to make sure I was getting situated with a good vehicle! Absolutely will continue doing business here. Highly recommend going to see Carly if you want someone who is very trust worthy but also makes the experience enjoyable
Brought my car in to diagnose an issue being reported on the OBD II as "communication failure" between two onboard computers. The mechanics said it was an issue with the struts, go figure what is the relationship between the two. I had to pay for this useless diagnostic, which I got debunked by another garage afterwards.
I have gone to the dealership a few times over the years, and each time I did find a better deal in areas I frequent in Ontario for Toyota. So I did "shop first". One time in order to "spend less" I was not given the equivalent deal, or better. They were going to give me a better price on warranty and accessories at another location. I do not understand this marketing ploy of "shop first, and you will spend less". On your commercials, please explain how this marketing quote actually works. Just got a new corolla GR. Carly was the sales person to assist me and she was great. They got the new car to the dealer very quickly and were not pushy with any additional things you may or may not want. Overall, I had a great experience buying a car through this dealership.
