Most importantly, she won’t give you false hopes, gave us accurate timeline for the vehicle delivery and we got it before that. We had a great experience with Petawawa Toyota dealership, they made it happen as most of the other Toyota dealerships we reached out were clueless regarding waiting time. I have been going there for 4 years to service my truck and always had a great service from the service department, and some employees speak french as well.
