Excellent service from the service and warranty department We broke down on the highway outside Pembroke on a Friday and were towed to a garage which informed us that our major repair could be under warranty I called Kia and spoke with Phoenix she was compassionate understanding and efficient she explained everything to me Chess from service was brought into the conversation and he was great was able to get my car in on Monday to do the due diligence to see if it was covered by warranty All documents were submitted and Phoen... read more
No accountability in the repair center! I made the mistake of purchasing a new Kia in 2020. Though most of the service was decent, I find the repair center to not be trustworthy. On a few occasions, they would check off that things like lights were checked and in good condition, however, the lights were in fact burnt out. I would have to actually tell them which light was out before the inspections of I wanted them to get changed. Now that I'm over my 100km warranty, I'm absolutely done with them.
