We had an emergency at our house and someone showed up as soon as they could and remedied the problem right away. The man on the phone was very patient with me, as I had no idea what I was talking about, and listened as I stumbled through what happened. Highly recommend. UPDATE: the worker showed up to our house and told my partner “well I wish I talked to you on the phone instead of your wife” JUST because I didn’t explain something properly.
