So thankful for the staff being willing to help make a different appointment time work for us when things got a little too busy at the clinic. Haven't met a doctor yet due to the chaos of that end of things, but the girls at the front do what they can and I appreciate that.
Most of my complaints are directed at the receptionists as they can’t seem to do their job which is to answer phonecalls. They either don’t answer the phones or they do, but they don’t listen to you so, you’re better off not even bothering to call. I find they’re not friendly and make critical mistakes such as entering your childs Birthday incorrectly which impacts vaccines. There’s 1 friendly and helpful nurse there and Dr Namazi is wonderful, but you have to go through your doctor to even be able to see him. My family wait... read more
