I am actually shocked by the negative reviews. We have had nothing but positive experiences with both Dr Michelle and Dr Brittany. Gracie has issues, and we have ALWAYS been treated with compassion and respect. We had an experience this summer where Grace was attacked by a husky while we were camping 4 hours away. Stephanie could not have been more kind. We got Gracie right in the next morning, she was well cared for. This is an awesome clinic.
If I could leave a 0 star review I would. Dr.Michelle is a freaking nightmare. Rude, pushy, not compassionate. Escalates negative interactions way past the point of being reasonable. Has no idea how to read animal body language. She really ruins what the clinic is trying to achieve. If you want somewhere that will care for your ets as much as you do this is definitely not the business you want to go to.
If you have any issues with attitude... I wouldn't go here. The reception is great but Dr. Michelle is NOT one to have good mannerisms. She has attitude when challenged or questioned. The way she speaks to you is cocky and abrupt. Little bed side manners or feeling of empathy. She does NOT read dog body language appropriately especially with nervous dogs. Called to get my kitty in, who is in clear discomfort, blood in the urine, non stop meowing, are were told no because " we weren't a previous client " ...well how do you become a client if you don't let us ..very disheartening as our kitty isn't doing well
